Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases from LingNoi Design, 79/160, Moo 1, Ban Chang, Rayong, Thailand 21130. We take pride in the quality and authenticity of every vintage Seiko watch we restore and sell. If your watch arrives and does not match the description or is not functioning as expected, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including the box it arrived in.
• All returns must be shipped via FedEx, using the instructions provided by us.
• Return shipping is pre‑paid and arranged by LingNoi Design via FedEx. The cost is based on FedEx’s current rates for your location and package size, and will be confirmed with you in writing before the return is booked.
• This amount will then be deducted from your refund.
• Returns must be dropped off at a FedEx location using the prepaid label provided.
• No restocking fee will be charged if the returned watch meets all stated conditions.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
• Processing time is within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the watch.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Situations

• The watch has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized watchmaker.
• The issue is due to wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
• The watch matches the original sales description and is functioning as described.

If a return is received that does not meet these conditions, the watch will be returned to you.

Warranty Information

Each watch sold by LingNoi Design includes a 1‑year warranty covering the movement and its functionality from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

• The watch is functioning as described when you receive it.
• Mechanical issues related to the movement that arise within the 1‑year warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

• Water resistance
• Damage from improper handling or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Any repairs or alterations made by unauthorized persons

Any unauthorized intervention will void the warranty.

Post-Warranty Support

If your watch experiences issues after the warranty expires, or if the problem falls outside the warranty scope, we offer competitive pricing for repairs and restoration. We will always do our best to return your timepiece to top condition.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

• Email studio@lingnoidesign.com with your order number, reason for return or warranty claim, and photos if applicable.
• We will confirm eligibility and send you FedEx return instructions and the prepaid label.
• Once the watch is received and inspected, we will process your refund or warranty service.
